In the house, an Emerson 77648 is blowing the A/C around. In the shop, two 24" vortys are moving the 98 degree humid air around.

I rarely run fans but yesterday I did after working outside.   I sat down in front of this for ½ hour or so.   This is my only BIN snag on ebay for a bargain.   Not a steal but I saw it for $400 moments after it was listed.  It's in perfect smooth running condition, balanced, perfect cage and great paint.

For the last few months, Upstairs has been fooled by a couple Emerson 14644s. Downstairs is cooled by this wonderful thing. Sorry if the picture posts sideways. It usually does for me

A small pot-metal 10" Century K-4 in the girls playroom that Marshall Smith and I worked on, and now runs beautifully.

A 1931 brown & gold GE Quiet Blade 'swan' in the dining room.  Another fan Marshall helped me bring back from decrepit running.

A 1939 GE 3-wing six-point-base Vorty pedestal in the living room.

Mammaw & Pawpaw's 36" white Emerson "blenderfan" in the kitchen.

Working to get more fans ready on the backup.  Just polished up the Gilbert Swan pedestal, and freed up the motor.  Operating a lot better now, but really needs to be disassembled and gone through completely to work like brand new.  Marshall?  :hammer:

Yes, it is, Steve. I really love it. The other downstairs fan, a Westinghouse DC tank, is all packed up as of tonight. Been on a DC kick, I guess. But I love that with DCs, I can dial down the voltage just right when I'm suffering migraines. The sonic pitch is everything.

I have a Western Electric (R&M) from the 1920s (don't remember the model) running that's on nearly 24 7 and a purple Emerson 77646. Probably going to whip out the big 16" Vorty soon too.

Also love the ball motor Jandus

About 100 degrees in South Al., so the AC, seven ceiling fans, a77646, and a nearly new Deco Breeze Pedestal 16 inch, I found at an estate sale this morning for a fraction of the 200.00 plus they sell for on line.
