How old is it?  :wondering:  Check out the double hexed stator bolt acorns.



The blade has factory steel wings.  Notice the tall stack of laminations with the coil. I clocked the fan speed at 1625 with the coil in series.

I had one of those & sold it to Russ Petta several years ago. I thought it was very odd it had a steel blade, still have the blade. Russ put a six wing brass blade on it & the motor has enough power, the amperage barely changed. I think the choke was for the start winding only.

I wonder what was up with Emerson steering away from shaded pole start motors back then in the fan motors other than juniors?

Bit of a thread bump, but I figured I'd share some pictures and a video of a 57568 Ventilator that belongs to a friend. It needs a little work done to it to repair a bad spot on the rotor and a blade balance.
