I have an R&M 1153, a 12-inch fan, with a coil I want to rewind that's been sitting on my table ... forever. If someone who owns one of these would be so kind as to take a photo of the switchplate and speed coil of their 1153 and post it to this thread, I would be appreciative. I am having trouble figuring out how to wire the choke as it has 5 leads. Note: this is not an R&M 1159, which is a 16-inch fan.

Jeff, I've got a 6 blade 1153 that uses a resistance ring with the choke, and it's a 5 wire choke. Don't know if it's the same as yours, but if it would help I can post some pics. Jim
