Unknown GE fan  Rate Topic

I'm new to collecting and came across a local auction which has the attached fan available. Can someone please help me identify the model, age and approximate value? It does appear to have an incorrect power cord and knob, but I could be wrong.

It's a Siam Electric fan from Thailand. A modern mass produced fan cheaply designed to look like a classic fan. Interesting fan, but worthless as a collectible fan. It might be Siamese Electric- I can't recall.  But the badge is "SE" , not GE as they want you to think. 
My opinion, buy a real one. Save your money on that one.
