Hi everyone,
While I have a second to sit down, I thought I'd remind everyone to please RSVP to me if they are planning to attend this year's Lehigh Valley Fan Meet. Thank you to those of you who have already reached out to me on this matter; your attentiveness is greatly appreciated!

Here's a basic run-down. I will be at the community center at around 2 PM on Friday afternoon, ready and waiting for the early arrivals to set up. It's first come, first served tables and chairs. There are PLENTY of them (it's a cafeteria during the school year). There are approximately 12 long tables that we are able to utilize. I cannot stress this enough: for the first time since 2011, we are FINALLY out of the elements and in a huge, electrified room with central AC!

At 6 PM, we will lock the doors and retreat for a Dutch Treat dinner to the Keystone Pub. The address is: 3259 Easton Ave. Bethlehem, PA 18020. I selected this restaurant because of the location, pricing of food, and variety, along with showing everyone a little bit of Bethlehem history (the building itself was once a grist mill, erected in 1806).

The meet begins on Saturday at 8 AM. Food and drinks will be provided by the St. Anne's chapter of the Knights of Columbus at approximately 12:30. For those of you active on YouTube...yes, this is indeed the site of my series of videos entitled "The Fans of St. Anne's," and because of this, I will be providing a tour of both the church and school alongside the pastor, Fr. Anthony Mongiello, to curious ceiling fan collectors looking for a better view at the inventory! Here's a preview of what I am referring to:

I will be providing two raffle fans, and a donation box will be prominently displayed. If anyone planning to attend wishes to entertain us with a fan seminar during the meet, please PM me and let me know!

That's about it for now. I will keep all of you abreast with any additional updates. In the meantime...IS ANYONE ELSE OUT THERE JUST AS EXCITED AS I AM?!?

Looking forward to seeing everyone soon!!!

In those video's of your church and its attached school the school I noticed had asbestos linoleum tiles on the floor, which I'm surprised that the school was allowed to keep that tile intact and stay opened because the school my grandmother went to in Plymouth, Indiana had to be shut down as soon as they discovered asbestos in the building because it was too expensive for the school to pay for the removal of the asbestos, so they closed it down and built a new building up the road from the old building.

Thank YOU, Jeff, for your desire to attend; it means a great deal to me. Can’t wait!!

Also, if you wish to bring extension cords, tool kits, soldering irons, etc. PLEASE feel free to do so. Just make sure the facility is clean once the meet is over so we are able to do this again next year.

Bump. Any more takers? I’d like to have an accurate count by the end of the week so I can tell the KoC how many of us they should expect to serve lunch.

ONE WEEK TO GO!
Had a chance to swing by St. Anne's earlier today. Just so y'all are aware, this is the door you need to look out for when you arrive:
