To AFCA members ... Just wanted to share some good news ... Purchased most recently from Chad a part that I needed, a rather fragile item ... This was my experience ... Sent a check on Monday ... Item was shipped on Thursday ... Notified by email that it was shipped with a tracking number ... Item was shipped USPS priority mail, insured and as I stated earlier with tracking ... Arrived Saturday in mint condition ... Packed so well, it was bomb-proof ... Very pleased from beginning to end of this transaction ... Thanks Chad and your staff for an extraordinary experience ...

Ben,

Thank you for your purchase.  The vision with antique fan parts came from a large inventory of parts and being a collector myself knowing the frustration of working on a fan and something is missing or breaks.  Then your left with the question, where am I going to get another one and get it quick (you know the fan is apart and we want it done).  For those that have visited the warehouse, you have seen the incredible amount of inventory we have yet to sort through and list.  Many steps take place behind the scenes to make it all come together.  Our objective is a one business day (or less) turnaround on all (even fans) orders and expert packaging so it arrives in the condition you purchased it in.  Linda uploads tracking numbers tracking numbers to the site so our customers get a confirmation their order is on the way.  It makes us happy knowing there are those collectors who appreciate the service and hard work that goes into making each part available.

Can't go wrong dealing with Chad. I got a nice Emerson from him some time back, pleasure to deal with.

I bought a Nichrome coil from Chad (among many other things) which, unfortunately, did not work so I returned it. Chad's staff issued me a credit just based on my word before I had even sent it back. That's pretty amazing in this day and age. Good guy, great staff, quick shipping, great resource!

I have to agree I purchased 4 Westinghouse cast-iron struts...they came almost immediately,  we should do all that we can to keep this guy in business... he is a great asset...beats checking Ebay every day for years ....thank you Chad!....  I know this is a Hail Mary... but if you ever come across a Bergman 16 inch fan blade, you know who to contact...

Chad and his team are outstanding and fill an important need for many of us trying to source difficult parts and or fans.  His communication is excellent and timely and anything I have asked to be packed and shipped has been well done.  I highly recommend him and Antique Fan Parts.

Chad is amazing to deal with. He found a coil for my Emerson 19648. Very pleased with the speed of his service as I had it just a couple days after he found a donor  Because of him, another fan is once again complete and whole.
