Hello Everyone!

Does anyone know for sure if the stator/rotor/choke is the same for a 26646 and a 29646.  I’d suspect they are but want to make sure before I do a transplant

Thanks in advance!

Cheers,
Lane

They are not the same. They are the same size, but are wired differently & use a different choke coil.

I know there were differences between the 29646 and previous 27646 and would think the same for a 28646 and 26646.  There are differences as stan mentioned after the 27 models so parts are probably not interchangeable.

Interesting. I have both and thought they looked to be the same machines, but did not compare closely.

the 26646 seems to be the non oscillating version of the 29646.  I think they were sold at the same time. I thought they would have used common parts.

The 26646 is the non-oscillator version of the 27646.
The 28646 is the non-oscillator version of the 29646.
The stators are the same size but the windings are different. However if you use the choke as well from the 26646 it will work fine.
The main difference between the 26646/27646 & the 28646/29646 is the windings & choke.
