What is the best way to re-stamp this tag? As you can see with one number removed it looks very noticeable so I'm guessing removing all the numbers and re stamping is the best bet?  Any advice would be great, thanks.

I don't know the number height, but maybe a set like this one? They go as low as 5/32 commonly, but 3/8" looked closer to what a motor tag might use.

Font may be an issue, so hopefully someone here has experience with the right set of punches.

Edit:
Personally, if it were my fan, I'd only stamp the missing numbers. But, gotta do what makes you happy. :)

Will be nearly impossible to find matching font. May be better off finding jeweler that can engrave or stencil and acid etch.

Gotta second the Coleman recommendation. His work is top-tier. Turned my average Emerson 73648 into a show piece with his cage badge and motor tag. :)

I agree with the above advice. There is a low spot where the number is missing, not sure how you would repair that.
