Does anyone know what Model/year this blade and cage are from?   16"

GE Kidney oscillator. Profile struts date it 12+.

That blade was used only on kidney models in early teens.  Note that the hole through the hub has a "hubcap" on it and the back part of the hub is longer.   This was true of both 12 and 16" kidney oscillators and not used on any other GE fans.   The guard I don't know about, it seems that it would be correct for the first two years of the 16" kidney with the last year mostly having a much wider parallel ring cage.
