I am refurbishing the Westhinghouse 16F3 fan I bought at Harrison. I can not seem to get the neck pivot screw out. No set screw I can find and seems linked to the head. I tried tapping it out lightly with a small hammer no go. I don't know if there is a trick to it or not. Thanks for any help. Attached Image (viewed 79 times):

I figured it out. The wrist pin is held in by the head pin which is held in by the oscillator link. Its all out.
