Found this very beat up GE ARR *" stationary with head wire broken in 2. Once I got it all taken apart the head wire is 3 wire. 2 wires go to the screws on the switch and 1 goes to the screw holding the lever but which order? Any help on how to connect this in the correct order to switch? Is this one of those that you can hook up each way until it works and won't hurt the fan? Also, the switch appears to have 2 levers, sort of. Any idea's? I believe it is 2 speed, Hi- Low. Any help would be appreciated.

It is a shaded pole motor, in a nut shell, the switch is not needed to start the motor. The motor is a basic 2 wire head cord, you should be able to just power the stator and it should take off on its own. The coil on the switch is simply a copper wound transformer for low speed.
