Friends:  Remember how I could only get one speed out of this fan? There was some question about whether the issue was with the stator or the speed coil. A number of you suggested a speed coil rewind so I sent it off to Rick Huckabee and today I got back the totally rebuilt coil. Rick did a marvelous job not only rewinding the coil but also rebuilding the entire switch - it looks brand new. I installed it and the fan runs exactly as it should on three distinct speeds. Thank you to Rick for sharing his skills and the turnaround time was super fast too!

That looks great!!   I'm thankful for members who provide services to create or repair components to keep antiques like yours looking and performing like new.
I have a project 16648 that needs an entire switch and the brass cage, so if any of you know of these let me know.
