I'm searching for what I guess is a "plug" for the Rear Housing of a Westinghouse Tank. The "plug" would cover the Rotor and be flush with the Housing. I've included a picture in hope someone might have one.

Thanks in advance for any help.

I have never seen the plug out of the fan to see what it looked like or how it was kept in place.   They look like they are a press fit maybe.   You can check with Chad at antiquefanparts.com , maybe he will have one.

I've had many tanks over the years but never missing the rear cap !! Like Steve said check with Chad @ antique fan parts or Darryl Hudson.Darryls always came thru for me ...Good Luck on the hunt.:cool:

John I would leave it be, makes it unique, unless it throws oil.  You could also fill it with JB Weld sand and paint it.
