I was restoring an Emerson Golden Jubilee fan and discovered that the adjustable oscillator wheel was broken.

I am now in need of a new wheel. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hey Nathan, I think I might be able to help you.   I recently purchased an ivory Golden Jubilee (6250-L) that won't oscillate (it tries, but won't engage to oscillate). Fortunately, I have a Golden Jubilee parts fan to use for needed parts.  I suspect my issue is related to gears -- not the oscillator wheel.  If that's the case I think I'll have a spare wheel for you.  Do you just need the piece on the left in the last picture?   The only issue is that I haven't had a chance to dig into the 6250-L that I'm trying to repair yet to say for sure.  I may not be able to get to it for a week or two.  If you can wait, I think I might have the part you need.
Thanks, Al

I need all of it combined if possible. It does not look like it was ever meant to be taken apart. Here is a photo of exactly what I need.
Thanks for your quick response!  I appreciate your help.

Morning Nathan, Yea, I don't believe the oscillator wheels are meant to be taken apart either.  typically, I just clean them out really good and put a few drops of oil to re-lubricate them.  I'm going to try and work on my 6250-L this weekend.  I think one of the biggest challenges is getting the oscillator wheels (my 6250-L and parts 6250) off as they tend to be quite stubborn based upon the few I've worked on.
Thanks, Al

Hey Nathan, I was able to replace the worn gears on my 6250L.  Now it's running sweet.  I was also able to get the spare oscillator wheel off and its your's if you still want/need it.  I cleaned most of the old grease off of it and I think it will work great, but I you'll probably want to paint to match your fan.  I'm including a fiber washer and a set screw for the oscillator wheel as well in case you need either.  The set screw isn't original, but it will work and was in the spare.  Presuming you still want it, send me your address and I'll mail it to you free of charge.  I'm glad to see part go to getting fans back up and running!
Thanks, Al

Hey Nathan, You're welcome!  Several AFCA members assisted me and provided me with some parts when I first started working on fans.  I'm glad to be able to help others now too!   I shipped the oscillator wheel today via USPS first-class mail.  It should arrive in a few days.
Enjoy, Al

To the best of my knowledge all those rotation arch adjustment wheels are the same with the exception of the small form fans.
