I there is any interest in this fan, I will bring to Aiken this Spring. I Paid $800 at the Big Show in Louisville, When I return home I will get some fresh photos, Been using it on a covered porch so the column had developed some surface rust which I will remedy. The blade is aluminum. I run it on a speed control to avoid blowing fan parts into the woods. I need real close to that number, it's gonna take a chunk of space in my truck.

That beast was so impressive at FF I still have a picture of it on my phone. I think the bottom of the cage was above my head.  Awesome fan.

Why are you storing this outside? Once the rust is on the chrome, it will keep returning.

LOL - - My wife says so, & it ain't "stored" there, I use it when working on fans in the summer - - it blows off the dust & leaves, a covered porch. It's a machine - - not a toy to look at. That's what pancakes are for! Plus I have sealed the pole with a clear laquer

Then it can't be polished again. And if there is rust on the pole, then the rust is in the crevices of the cage.

Freshn'd Aire had crap chrome. Like "pass the metal over the chrome vat and call it a day" chrome. Nothing like a triple plate.

I have 2 of these, and with any rust, it tops out at about $500.
