I have recently been developing the process of re-winging the later model Emerson steel hub assemblies which used hollow rivets.  After several unsuccessful attempts in which the rivets split or held poorly, I now feel that I am ready to offer a quality hub which replicates original appeance.  Although I realize that there are many members that already do this, I also feel that there may be some members that do not have the equipment, capabilities, or ability to restore their own.  If there is further interest and need in the future, I may offer this service for a member to send me their steel hub, with or without wing attached, for this type of restoration. I have 3 hubs available now for sale, that I acquired over the years, which I have restored as in the photo.  The cost is $125.00 each plus $20.00 shipping.  The work includes sandblasting the hub, truing the hub, priming and painting brass color using acrylic enamel.  Then final truing and balancing for smooth operation.
Please contact me if there are any questions or comments,

Thanks, Jerry Bravi

I've seen them up close and they look as good as the pictures illustrate plus they are functionally perfect.
Perfect solution for those simply wanting to restore later model Emerson's but do not want to mess with the effort to produce this critical part to this level of quality.

Thanks for the kind comments and appreciation from members/friends for my machining contributions in restoring and beautifying these old fans. It makes me feel good to know whenever another one is brought back to life.
Thanks, Jerry Bravi
