Does anyone know how to determine the value of a Casablanca Centennial 1881-1981 fan?  I have one that is in pristine condition, in the crate with original packing, with certificate of authenticity # 609 out of 5,000 made (which is also in pristine condition) and was only used occasionally over maybe a 3 year period max.  The fan is copper & brass... rosewood blades... Waterford cut crystal globes... has the extension pole, as well.  Going on memory about the metal... the fan has been in storage for many years!
It is hard to find anything on the internet about this fan.
Thanks so much,
Linda

People here don't usually deal with fans that new. If you are looking to sell it post it on ebay and see where it goes. For better info on it try here

Thank you, Don... I saw that this was the Post 1950 forum so figured that included 1980's. I appreciate your help and the links. I'm not sure what I want to do with it. I know I won't be using it anytime soon so it's probably time to let it go.
Happy (early) Thanksgiving :)
Linda

It was OK to post it here. It's just people on this sight mostly go for older fans. If you post it in the BST section here someone might buy it. Just make sure to post pics and a price.

Hi Linda! My name is Domenic Tessari. I just saw that you had a Casablanca Centennial Ceiling fan and was wondering if you still happened to have the fan. I will buy the fan from you. I do understand that this was 4 years ago but you never know so I’d figure I’d ask. My number is (970)-775-3897. Please contact me if you still have the fan and I will buy it from you. Thank you so much!
