I WOULD GIVE IT A RE-DO... THERE ISNT VALUE IN IT IN ITS CURRENT CONDITION, PATINA DOESNT MAKE FANS VALUABLE AS IN FURNITURE AND SUCH.... GOOD LUCK!

That is definitely worth a repaint. When a fan has nice paint or brass blades that have aged well (e, I personally prefer to preserve the finish. This fan does not fit into that category.
