This shop fan is for sale for $30 bucks near me, should I buy it? The guy selling it doesn’t have much information to share. It runs, that’s about all I know. These are the only pictures I have. Does anyone know what this is?

I ended up passing on this one. As much as I'd love to justify buying another fan I just couldn't figure out a logical use for it! 

Now I'll feel better about spending more on the next one I find  :clap:
