Hi, on my GE Fan (cat.: 49x716), I can't figure out the speed coil wiring.  there are 3 wires coming out of it. #1 wire is attached at the top of the coil.  #2 wire about midway and the #3 wire goes into the coil deepest, close to the center of the winding.
so I have it wired

Line In (LOAD) black --- to High Speed switch pin AND also to #1 wire on the speed coil (power input to the coil)
#2 Speed coil wire to Low Speed switch pin
#3 Speed coil wire to Med Speed switch pin

when I turn the fan on, all speeds L M H are the same speed (high speed). I searched for a diagram on this and tried some of them but none work... all I get is high speed through the speed coil. Any help would be appreaciated... all rebuilt and ready to enjoy... except for this wiring challenge...
thanks,
Brian
