Hello:

New to this site but hoping someone can point me in the correct direction. Looking for a GE Box fan ( not squared off but rounded ), aqua in color, 3 speed, reversible and oscillating fins for the front of the fan to direct air flow. Been searching for years for the model and to find one. Any help will be appreciated.

Lou, i am not aware of a GE box fan from the late 50s with oscillating louvers. The WAS a model by Lasko (The LAsko Executive) 2 speed reverse, aqua with 4 silver blades. There was a gray round corner GE window mountable box/floor fan in 1958-59 (58 had red trim and handle, 59 had green trim and handle) ...it had pushbuttons on the side, came with a metal grille on the back and a plastic fluted grille on the front that was very fragile...THOSE are available occasionally, but the grille is a solid hard plastic piece, nothing moves.......

This MIGHT be what you are looking for

one is a 59 with green trim. The front grilles though are hard plastic, the fins dont oscillate. I know Frigid made an oscillating louver box fan in the 60s end there was a plastic-blade Edison/Toastmaster version in the early 80s, but not very common

Here's what the Lasko oscillating box fan looks like.  You can see the oscillating vanes behind the front grill.
