“Ventilator” is a 19 foot tall table fan by Israeli designer Tal Tenne Czaczkes. The fan is solar-powered and actually works—the blades spin and the fan oscillates. The sculpture is installed in Rabin Square in Tel Aviv through the end of August...  https://vimeo.com/46175808
