I'm trying to determine the model and years made probably of this old roto beam because I got it like you see it with out any plug. The previous owner said it was 12 bolt which to me means cigarette lighter type plug in as is on a phone car charger. Any help will be appreciated! Thanks Kyle

Take the motor out of the housing, there should be a brand name, data plate or stampings or markings on the motor that will tell you your answer as to voltage. your fan could be from 1948 to 1952. Read here: http://www.afcaforum.com/forum1/52360.html
