Need a replacement set of blades for it if possible or if someone reshapes them. I’m not very familiar with them at all it was my fathers. Also if someone knows the value of fan. Thanks

I take it its a pedestal fan? If so you should be able to get the blade back into shape easily by just tweaking it back into shape with just your two hands and your two eyes, if its just one blade that's bent, just bend it to match the rest of the blades.
Also I would try PM'ing a member here named Tom Zapf, he knows quite a bit about these fans, and he might be able to help you out if you are still stuck.

Thanks Levi! The riveted came out of blades while it was running and bent it pretty baddly I even tried heating it and bending back to shape then it made it wobble!
