The Galaxy Fans were made by Lasko they are very good air movers, I was just recently given a late 1970s version of your fan with the plastic 5 wing blade, that when I first got it, it wasn't running (this was due to a ton of dirt and dust build up on the motor). these are only worth about $40-$50 at the most, as they are fairly modern fans and because of that aren't worth a whole lot yet. Yours is in nice shape yet, and doesn't have any broken slats on the plastic grille which is not very common with these old plastic grille fans, as they are more often than not found with broken grille slats. The Galaxy brand was part of Lasko usually were a different color but similar design with 3 or 4 wing blades in metal. The plastic blade models followed in the later 60s so i would put yours at 1966-67 ish time frame. it looks very nice and having the box helps. The large oval grille badge is pretty interesting as well... value is depending on the audience. The weakest point is the handle which will cut through and break if you have the triangle shaped handle openings. Value can be $50-$100+ if you have someone really wanting it... good luck!
