Hi everyone, I bought this Westinghouse fan today and am hoping to clean it up and put in a new cord.  It runs very well but has a worn cord and a lot of gunk in the vents. It is a 2-speed oscillating fan and has no badges or identifying marks except the Westinghouse badge across the front.
I know nothing about vintage fans and I figure I should know what kind of Westinghouse fan it is so as to learn about it before I take any of it apart.  So I am reaching out hoping to benefit from your expertise!

Thanks!  Troy in Pittsburgh

It looks like a Lively-Aire fom the 1950's.

That’s a Westinghouse Livelyaire from the 1940’s the color gives it away, and the motor is the same used on the 10” fans of that era.Westinghouse went to the egg shaped motors on the 12” Livelyaires right about 1950..Good fans !!

Thanks so much!  Does anyone know why my fan has different vents from other Lively Aires, which have the chrome ridges?  Just curious, I haven't seen one quite like mine on the internet yet.
