I'm sorry, if I had the fan here I could probably help you...they are gone. If your fan was still wired to the original switch when you got it, and you marked the wire locations on the original switch...you should be able to make the transition doing continuity tests from the switch as it is rotated through the speeds. You can then apply this to your new switch using the necessary splices. If you cannot figure it out...find a motor shop to meter the wires and make the correct connections. Good luck.

I just nailed 8 heavy duty levolier switches for parts. unfortunately they are not the harder to find mult-circuit. These are on and off switches but rated at 10 AMP.
