It is 07-08. Sprague Lundell introduced this model in 1907 with motor pivot with no trunnion. 1907-08 were the only 2 years this model was offered stationary only.  In 1909 this fan was offered or the first time with a removeable rear motor bell to attach an oscillating gearbox/mechanism, or vica versa. Thus the fan could be used as a stationary or oscillating fan motor.

1909 was the only year the optional oscillator model was offered without a guard badge. 1910 was he first year the guard with Sprague badge was implemented.
