The cut-off date for hotel reservations is June 17th. After that, the hotel will release the unreserved block of rooms for general sale at their normal rate.
The Fan Fair shirts are special order and there will be no extras for sale. These can be ordered on the FF 2019 registration form you send in. All profits from the sale of these shirts will go to the AFCA.
We will have Museum T-shirts for sale at the bourse and at the museum. These are soon to be colllector items...All profits from the sales of these shirts benefit the AFC Museum…….
A lot of things will be happening July 17th thru the 20th. Access to the Bourse is 8 am Wednesday July 17th for those early arrivals.
There are four seminars that will be presented on Thursday and Friday. Rick Powell will be presenting a seminar on Jappaning. Rick Huckabee will be talking about electric motors. Bill Fanum will be discussing what to do after that garage sale/flea market purchase of a fan, and Ed Frank will be putting on a coin op discussion on disassembly/ reassembly.
All registered attendees will get a chance to win a Fanimation BrewMaster Belt drive ceiling fan.
The Museum will be open all four days of Fan Fair for guest to visit at their leisure. The Museum is just twenty miles from the Marriott. An easy drive around I-465.
The raffle fan this year is a Jandus wire mount. Be sure to buy tickets from Steve and Donna Butler. You do not have to be present to win and the fan will be shipped to the winner at no charge. Tickets will be available at Fan Fair right up until Saturday Evening.
Downtown Indianapolis is just seven miles from the hotel. Lots of things to do while in the city. There are Museums, the Zoo, Monuments and Memorials, shopping, restaurants, and Bars. Fountain Square and Massachusetts Avenue are a couple of areas of interest to visit.
So, time is running out. Buy your raffle tickets, order your shirts, Make your reservations, mail in your registration, and we'll see you in Indianapolis in July.
