BAD NEWS 😭😭😭😭. It arrived in pieces 😭😭😭😭. I am not going to sell it, I am going to  put it back together and get it running again. Surprisingly the commutator looks like it will not be to hard of a fix.  I think I will get it running in a couple weeks or sooner. The hard part will be making these 2 special keeper washers that hold the commutator together. And when I find the right stuff to make them out of it should go pretty quick after that. I literally just checked all 12 separate windings on the rotor and they are all good so it should run with no problem after that. The switch is another thing. I am going to need a new knob, I think I can make everything else myself. Not worth as much now but I will get it running again!
