Basically a re-badged Westy Tank, yes?The R&Ms that were rebadged Westy tanks were offered 1908-1910? For 1911 R&M had their own design stationary desk fan. The oscillating desk fan was made by Westinghouse for 1911 but by R&M for 1912-17. Both look nearly the same but the Westy oscillator used a centrifugal start switch while the R&M one didn't.
