Get an old toothbrush or something similar, and brush clean the slots on the top of the motor. The middle slot has a couple of small holes, one front and one for rear bearing oil. Dig around in that slot with a toothpick and you should be able to find the oil holes. I would not put more that about 5 drops of oil in each hole. You may need to let the oil soak through felt wicks over night. Happy Fanning!
