Discovered this little jewel while cruising ebay for fans.  Can't tell if its old, new, or what.  Love that 20's, 30's deco style.  http://cgi.ebay.com/Stunning-Art-Deco-Stylized-Airplane-Electric-Fan_W0QQitemZ260522814547QQcmdZViewItemQQptZLH_DefaultDomain_0?hash=item3ca85eac53

Can anyone shed some light?

Those were discussed before, a while back... they're sort of common. I think either Goodrich, McComas or Sherwood might know something about them.

This is what I know about that fan. It been for sale for at least a year or that person owns a whole lot of them. It has been for sale at least 20 times. They just keep putting it back on there.

Thanks guys, I seldom stray far from an Emerson search.  Decided to broaden my horizons and came across this little dude.

I got a whole hanger full of them.
The P47 Thunderbolt is harder to find.
These were originally sold in airline magazines.
They have a very puny 15 watt motor.
I always wanted to hook up some flickering neon bulbs to shine thru the openings.

I got my first one from Terry Fisher years ago at the Wichita fan fair for $50.
Thanks Terry!

Lots of neat items...  Look under aviation for the fans.
