As it turns out my fan is very complete.  But I do have some needs:
1: 12" GE brass blade
2: 12" brass GE cage complete
3: brass "GE" cage badge
4: a nickel knob complete.  I have the sleeve in the fan
5: if I'm lucky enough id like a single speed piece pictured below

the brasscage needs to be for a 12" blade and look like this one with welded not wrapped and "L" shaped braces

I have a 12" brass blade from a BMY fan-You would have to verify with one of the knowledgeable members here if that would work.

a parallel ring cage and the blade from the SMY, AUU, or AOU will work. The other part is a horizontal continuity screw........The one Alan has is for the three speed coin op and is missing the bakelite with contact pads..that part would need to be fabricated and then the whole thing would need to be modified to work with the one speed nickle knob. ..The part needed is the screw on the right.

If you don't find a cage I could build you one, complete with badge.
