I believe it is not complete.  I need to know how it works and, possibly, a schematic or instructions on it's operation.

Looks as if it's their G.E.neric turntable, suitable to display household products in stores or shows, and looks as if it functions like a record turntable. If there are numbers anywhere on it, that would be useful information. Here's another repurposed display piece.

I don't think you need a schematic. Looks like the motor shaft turns the disc next to it and that one is engaging the disc on the table. Looks there are only 2 wires, one for each side of the motor. I would add a couple of drops of oil in the motor bearing. See if runs without the top on it. The line switch could be bad if it does not run. Ohm out the plug with the switch on and see if you have continuity.
