This is a fan I'm trying to buy but lady wants $50  . A bit much for what I see  you guys tell me  . Also it looks like the same fan I just sold parts off of . That's how it works  :( I can't read the tag any idea what it is?

Hi Richard, if you REALLY love it, then it's worth whatever you're willing to pay, but if I saw that at a flea market, $20 would be my offer. It's in really rough shape in my opinion.

Looks alote like the parts of one I some to Shannon. But the back housing oscillator had a screws in it

It's a 12" fan.  Remember that Westy stamped steel models can be difficult to repair or restore.  Even $20 might be too much for that fan.

There is a 10" with perfect paint and no rust that can be had on a popular auction site right now for around $20. Not eBay but also not a secret. And I passed on that. So use that info however you see fit.
