can someone tell anything about this fan has a ge motor and base is cast stands over 8ft tall thanks for any help

It’s a first generation “giant vorty” made in the late 30s. The cage badge should be on the bottom as should the capacitor. Looks like a ceiling hung model someone mounted to a pedestal. That pedestal is not a GE. I have the same fan hanging from the ceiling of my shop.
