Below is a proof of a motor tag for the type of Silver Swan listed. Without having an actual tag to compare to (mine is missing) - matching has been difficult. Can anyone give me direction/input as to how accurate this is to the originals listed below. I am looking for input on color? metallic? Layout? Font?

It is my understand that at one time there were NOS decals available and there is 'artwork' form those available- if so please share.

Thanks for your time

Greg

Looks good to me. Hopefully you can add the other ones for the 10" Swans and Imperials, too.

Cheers,
Bill

Bill - Thanks. I have not forgot you generosity in sending me the base decal for this same fan. When this tag is 'complete' I'll send a few to you. If you have any good pictures and size of the motor tags of the fans you list I can look into these.

Thanks
Greg

I have a 5460 and it has a base decal, but nothing on the motor, and no indication anything was ever there... Did some not have motor tags? Or did mine get lost at some point like yours?

The motor tag on my Silver Swan is not legible other than '10" Osc.' Would certainly be interested in a new one. Mine has the brass plate on the base saying "Emerson Silver Swan".

Greg, to my uneducated eye, yet with slight technical competence, that is outstanding!  I'm presently trying to do the same with an R&M tag, and would love to learn how to turn a picture into a tag overlay or slide decal like you're doing.  Following along...

I know other members have made tags in the past. The one created above is NOT perfect - but in my search of this form it is only mentioned that other have made them and not necessarily who has made them or if they still make them. Please Add any other motor tags, Base tag images that you have to this thread. Thanks

Found this old post on images-

Greg - The label is rubbed off mostly but I believe it is a 5250D 10" Osc.
We're not far apart at all. I get to Evansville occasionally, mostly on weekends.
