The post that is supposed to screw into the bottom of the motor is stripped and so is the hole on the motor housing. Not sure what the best way is to fix it is, unless someone has a good post and hoising. My other thought was to get it machined down and sleeving the top of the post to make larger threads and then tapping the housing to match, but I need to find someone to do that too.
