This fan was manufactured in 1954 by Signal Electric Manufacturing in Menominee, Michigan. It's a 12" two speed oscillating table fan and has the original Windsor Green Metallic finish.

A design element unique to Cool Spot oscillating fans manufactured in 1954 is the triangular badge on the cage. This badge design was only offered that year.

This specific model is a bit of a memory fan for me. We went to visit family in South Beloit, Illinois when I was about 5 years old, my Mom's uncle had a similar fan in his living room to help with the brutal summer heat.
