May someone point me in the direction on who would be able to rewind this speed coil and possibly an estimated cost?

I've used Rick Huckabee a few times and he does great work. You can reach out to him. Sydney Lamb also does rewinds. I'll leave the pricing up to them as coils vary, but in my experience, they're plus or minus $75.
