Please take a moment to review the proposed changes to the bylaws.  The changes will be implemented if two thirds of those present at Fan Fair vote in favor of them.  Please take time to review them.

Worked fine for me. Make sure you have Acrobat Reader (or equivalent) installed for opening pdf files.

Well, after two hours (2) with my internet provider Verizon engineer it was traced down and determined that someone (wonder who and why) here at http://www.fancolletors.org blocked my IPN....REALLY??? why??? or was that an accident?

Shame on you for using a computer or browser updated after 1999. Go find a machine at a yard sale running XP and you should be fine.
