I need someone experienced in wiring vintage GE fans, to wire my fan.... In Memphis,TNI tried, and i'm not having much luck, it ran for about 20 seconds, then stopped, could i have fried the transformer?
I give up!!  I think its from 1911, not sure. Please let me know if you, or someone you know can help! Thanks

It might help if you can post a picture of the fan. Not recognizing the number. Maybe it’s the serial #?
