Could some temporary lugs be made with small threaded rod and square nuts? I realize used ones are available, but $40 each is a bit out of the budget since I need 8 of them. I just want to get my fans running, they can be properly restored later.

If you're meaning "as the ones missing below,"




they must be totally insulated
(isolated) from the motor housing.

Yeah, I was thinking that would be a good 3-D printed project. Can't find the insulators, maybe I don't know where to look, or what to search for???

I've seen people use rubber grommets as insulators but it's a pancake so it deserves the best. Bite the bullet and buy 'em from Chad, or have Darryl make you some. You'll appreciate it later...…


There used to be a guy named FOSS who could whip you up a set of custom terminals....
