A buddy of mine picked up this fan at a flea market while he was in Florida . Wasn't really looking for this fan but what the heck, I decided to restore it. I tore down the whole fan even the oscillator wheel. The beige paint was kinda boring so I gave it a brighter color. It was a pain in the butt getting it back together but with patience we got her done. The only things that I need for it is a badge(not sure if anyone makes those) and something around the bottom of the base. I had to tweak one of the blades. It runs smooth and quiet.

Nice. I'm going be working on the same fan. I aswell have a badge that looks grunge. I'm going to lightly use OO steal wool to scuff off the grim and use a fine point paint pen to trace in the WESTINGHOUSE and then clear. I've done that on others and it turns out awesome. Plus I don't have to buy a new badge. Hope this idea helps. Goodluck.
