i was cutting my lawn yesterday when the caretaker of the group home across the street came over dragging an old fan. We have a very good recycling center and he is one of the regular visitors to the "Secondhand Shack" where people put free things they want to give away to people. Well he had a 10" Northwind with a loose cage, and then he said inn broken English I give to you! ....I have a bigger one, broken! anyway he came back with a 12" RM clearly someone had cared for them over the years. The RM has a broken oscillator connector, anyone have one? Or even know what it should look like? I want to fix them up and since they were a gift , keep them in a nice spot.

Very nice! I love both, but especially the Northwind. Some neighbors had that model fan when I was growing up. I always thought it was neat - no telling what happened to theirs.

Thank you guys i was pretty darn pleased ...I put up a lot with the group home, there are a lot of fights and injuries and health issues and i dont complain . Last night i woke up again in the middle of the night, sure enough police cars and ambulance there and the whole house is red white and blue flashing lights even with the shades drawn.... so it was a nice gift from him!
does anyone know what my broken part looks like?
