George, I got both of those heaters.
The "spider web" is the best. 
No safety anything, and they are kind of top heavy for the base.
Most of them are gone because they perished in the house fire they started! :-)

The little spider web fan is very nice! Such a nice and dangerous design! Can you imagine Steve Steven's cat around that!😁😂🤣
