The fan says serial. C, cat.no. 265 type c-16. Ive had it for years and used it in my shop. I knocked it over with a car many years ago and bent a blade. can it be straightened enough so it will run smoothly again? or are there replacement blades available?
bent blade
good blade
any advice on how to straighten the blade? you guys were so helpful on my window fan, thought you might help on this project. thanks, Bob

Those blades are murder to fix IF the blade becomes "Out of Clock" ...but yours dosnt look all that bad. It just looks like the blade petal bent. Do you have a fan club member who lives near you ?

For starters I would carefully push the blade back with my hands, it can't hurt at this point, just work it with you palms & fingers-- you can see the wrinkle/crease-- just don't use too much force. Get it close & run it to check vibration!!

finally got time to play with it a bit, did it by hand, and its better, but still makes the fan wobble when running. I used to be smooth as glass. will try to rig up a way to check blades on fan with a dial indicator to get all blades on the same plane.
