Hello again,Well I have a GE 42X548 with a headwire that is worn in 3 places to include going into the motor housing.  Am I better off using shrink tubes over the wires, or should I try to remove the stator from the housing?
It is a very tight tolerance (looks Lisa press fit).  The only idea I can come up with is “fire and ice”, where I freeze the motor then rapidly heat the housing an try to pull the stator with the threaded bolts... or just try the shrink tubes.

Any ideas or comments are  appreciated.
