Just FYI, White only does armatures, not field coils or AC stators. They’re a one trick pony, but they’re good at it.

White armature does DC and universal motor brush motor armature rewinding and commutator restoration. If you send in the field coils for these motors they will rewind them.  I sent in a all brass brush motor Westinghouse stator and they rewound both coils for me.  I will also add the motor ran no more than luke warm after hours of operation with the rewound stator.

They do not rewind AC induction motor fields.

If one of Jim's DC field coils is intact For them to count the number of winds White Armature should be able wind a new set of field coils.  If White Armature has changed their procedures since the last field they rewound for me I am sorry for the misinformation.

Fix it, Jim. I would go with the exposed brass cap look on the left. Not many of those in circulation.  :D
